Description:
Sevendust, There must be something about the heat of the desert that makes the music sound so sweet. SoCals High Desert acoustic band, Waiting for Decay (WFD), has been banging out the tunes on the stage and on the airwaves for the last several months. Starting as a coffee shop side project for metal vocalist Dewayne Clifton, the acoustic approach progressed into a full fledged rock band that can rival most hardcore groups, but still appeal to larger radio friendly audience. Turning the heads and ears of thousands of fans across the globe, WFDs style of music branches from soulful ballads to the full scream of metal. Backed by guitarist Michael Zepol, Bassist Dace Pearson, and percussionist Ramsey Lujan, the music is blended with a wide range of influences. Trickles of country, bluegrass, flamenco, metal, and good ole rock and roll find their way into this ecliptic mix.Three Doors Down, Alice in Chains
